Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or Japanese holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are shipped from Japan.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are determined by U.S. and each Customs regulations.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
