Refund policy

14-day return policy applies. This means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. 

For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact shop@myluxury-store.com. Returns must be shipped to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to ship the package and where to send it. Items returned before a return request has been made will not be accepted.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns should be made via FedEx or DHL.

Damage and Problems
Please check your items upon receipt of your order. If the items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the problem and address it appropriately.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items, such as customized items (special orders, personalized items, etc.), are non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific items.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without providing a valid reason. As above, the items must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.


Refund
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. We will also inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and make the payment.
